A non‑profit residential creative sanctuary for mental well‑being, where science meets soul.
Project Moksha
What Project Moksha Is
Project Moksha exists for people navigating mental health with courage, responsibility, and creativity.
We integrate therapeutic care with creative, embodied, and community‑based practices — offering a space that is safe, expressive, and deeply human.
What Makes It Different
Not a wellness retreat.
Not a clinical facility.
Not spiritual bypassing.
Project Moksha is a creative sanctuary — structured, trauma‑informed, and rooted in lived experience.
The Three Pillars
About Project Moksha
The Why — Founder’s Story
The Origin
Project Moksha was not born from strategy. It was born from survival.
After being diagnosed with schizophrenia, medication stabilized me — but creativity is what gave my life meaning again.
The Realization
Art, movement, journaling, breath, and ritual weren’t hobbies.
They were lifelines. Yet spaces that welcomed people like me — medicated, healing, human — were rare.
Why This Exists
Project Moksha is the space I needed but couldn’t find.
A place where science is respected, creativity is medicine, and no one has to choose between the two.
